Comp AI, a cybersecurity and compliance startup, announced a $34 million Series A round led by Roo Capital and Grand Ventures. Founded by Lewis Carhart and two partners, the company is building an agentic platform that uses AI agents to help write security policies, collect audit evidence and continuously monitor compliance status.
